Our goal is to be close to customers, despite physical distance, through individual support, a dedicated after-sales technical assistance and a predictive monitoring service, in order to keep the system efficient, prevent possible malfunctions and resolve them by intervening directly on the system. Preventive maintenance, for example, can signal impending filter clogging in advance, giving the technicians the opportunity to plan their intervention.
PLC technology generates an improvement in the company both at an operational and economic level. Carrying out these interventions in the traditional way would take very long time, as it would be necessary to verify the feasibility of the intervention and the availability of the technicians.
