Energy saving and process monitoring
Through PID control we optimize the fan speed to reduce electrical consumption that, in Autel electrical panels, occurs via PLC and/or other control units (TO-INV-REG, DPF REG 25 etc.). In the case of electrical panels with PLC we adhere to the requirements of industry 4.0 with historical monitoring of the machine's consumption and intervening remotely.
Each system has parameters that can be configured based on the construction and needs of the system, capable of storing operating data, which are taken via remote connection and analyzed by technicians to diagnose any problems or improve the efficiency of the system. The connection is call-to-home; it is always possible to connect via mobile network with teetering function of Android smartphones, or via USB stick.
